The location is great and stunning, situated just a short drive away from popular attractions like Sidi Bou Said, with the hotel's amenities close by, and you can also enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee at the Donut Nest nearby.

Spacious room and hotel, 3 different restaurants, many facilities (thalasso, pools, shops, etc.) and big swimming pool outside. Very close to the beach which is dirty unfortunately. Breakfast ok.
Price for the rooms different at the reception desk than on internet so we had to use one of their computers to do the booking on Booked.net (35€ per night saved). Hammam not working for men (my friend was told it would be fixed but they could not fix it so they reimbursed us). The thalasso area is clean but could be cleaner. Do not try the coffee (disgusting as almost everywhere in Tunisia) nor the croissants or the cheese for breakfast (tasteless).

Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast corresponded to the Tunisian eating habits and partly not always to the European taste. But okay.

The weather was wonderful, had really nice stay for business trip. The hotel staff was caring, they all greeted us. The breakfast was nice hot and extensive with a good choice of good bread and meats. It was a nice and beautiful location close to Sidi Bou Said, the ocean and in der Nebensaison hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis...

Some of the staff (like the porter) were extremely kind but most of them were at best average.
Anything we asked for, we had to ask for minimum three times before it was done. The apartments we stayed in (and we changed three!) were all very noisy so not at all convenient for a family with a toddler. The manager of the hotel was outright rude and not helpful when we asked for help. We stayed for a week and tried to use the spa facilities but they were always either closed, on a siesta or the requested service was unavailable. Very disappointing overall.
